After having a consultation meeting on what the investors were looking for, we came up with a solution for the investors to buy in Manchester. We helped to find the property and help the investors every step of the way until the exchange of contracts and the property completed. Benjamin & Cole managed to reduce the purchase price of the property and found a letting agent to manage the property for the investors. The property has a rental yield of 7.2%.
Adrian Benjamin the Managing Director has over 10 years’ experience in Banking and Consulting. Adrian started his banking career as a Mountbatten intern working for UBS Investment Bank in New York in 2009. After working in America for a year after graduating university in Birmingham Adrian returned home to Manchester to work in recruitment. Since then Adrian has worked in Reading and now London where he has worked as a financial consultant for HSBC, Accenture, Visa, Bloomberg and Deloitte.
Adrian has invested in his property education and has received university structured property investment education from Progressive Property. Benjamin & Cole Properties are part of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) (T3423). TPO Codes of Practice for Residential Estate Agents and Residential Letting Agents have been approved by the Trading Standards Institute (TSI). By abiding by TSI Codes of Practice Benjamin & Cole Properties are working to higher professional standards than are currently required within the industry. Benjamin & Cole are also part of HMRC’s Anti-Money Laundering scheme (XJML00000142188) which makes sure we deal with legitimate ethical investors.
